From prospecting and client engagement to managing inspections, auctions, and contract signings, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Do:

- Support a top-performing agent in securing new listings
- Build relationships and handle inquiries from prospective buyers




- Manage the database and follow up on leads
- Prospect for recent clients via calls and door-knocking
- Assist with appraisals, open homes, auctions, and private inspections
- Attend valuations and pre-exchange/settlement inspections
- Manage emails, appointments, and diaries

Specific requirements:

- Ideally you’ll be coming from a Sales Assistant position looking to step up / or into this lucrative market, or be a BDM from Real Estate
- Solid communication skills, confident on the phone with excellent people skills
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, plus car and drivers license
- Team player with a passion for real estate sales, and a genuine desire to build a career in Real Estate Sales
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Available to work Saturdays (usually only ½ days)
- Entry into the high-end Mosman market ($2m - $10m+)
- A proprietary AI system that produces up to 70 potential leads a day to follow up
