About the Role
- Coordinate import airfreight shipments from arrival through to final delivery
- Liaise with overseas agents, customers, customs brokers and transport providers
- Register shipments and maintain accurate job information in Expedient
- Arrange deliveries and monitor shipment progress
- Prepare and distribute shipping documentation
- Build your skills across the full end-to-end import process over time
About You
- 1-2+ years' experience in freight forwarding operations or customer service
- Import forwarding experience preferred
- Experienced with any type of freight software (CargoWise, Expedient, etc)
