- Provide information, guidance and facilitate internal referrals to support community members who may benefit from additional supports and services. This includes supporting them to navigate My Aged Care or other assessment services.
- Support the delivery of Co.As.It.'s Emergency Relief services, assisting community members to access appropriate support during times of need.
- Promote awareness of Co.As.It.'s programs and services and encourage participation across the broader community.
- Monitor facility safety, compliance and risk management requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks, record keeping and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Co.As.It. team to ensure high-quality services delivered at the centre and positive outcomes for the community.
