Lady Davidson Private Hospital is a leading private rehabilitation facility in North Turramurra, Sydney. The hospital has 115 inpatient beds and a busy day patient program. Both inpatient and day patient programs are based on an interdisciplinary team approach where all team members play an integral role. The major casemix groups are orthopaedic, neurological, cardiac, and reconditioning, as well as palliative care and general medical.

We are seeking motivated Full-Time Physiotherapists to join our Allied Health team on a fulltime ongoing basis.

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including medical, nursing and applied health professionals to achieve patient goals
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
- Develop and implement evidence-based patient-centred treatment plans to optimise mobility, independence, function and quality of life.
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Educate patients, families and carers to support safe discharge planning and ongoing recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and service delivery initiatives
- Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional and responsive care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

Degree in Physiotherapy

Current registration with AHPRA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sound organisational and time management skills

Evidence of participation in continuing education

Awareness of Quality Improvement and Occupational Health and Safety / Infection Control policies and procedures





Current NSW drivers licence and willingness to drive for work purposes

Working with Childrens Card, or willingness to obtain
