Job Description

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers get back on the road quickly by identifying the right parts and providing expert advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts
- Processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices




- Navigating systems and catalogues to find accurate solutions
- Supporting warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom
- Working closely with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

- Experience in a Parts Interpreter role or a background in automotive, mechanical, dealership, or trade environments
- Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
- Valuable attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using systems and learning new tools
- A team-first attitude with a hands-on approach

Bonus Points For

- Automotive retail or workshop experience
- Knowledge of truck or heavy vehicle parts
- POS or inventory systems experience
- Forklift (LF) licence
