BGH Commercial is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves the efficient and protected operation of machinery to complete site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks in accordance with project plans. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in earthworks or heavy‑equipment operation and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating machinery in earthworks or civil construction
- Proven ability to perform site preparation, excavation, trenching, and grading
- Competent in the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery
- HR Truck Licence, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong understanding of worksite safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, honest, reliable, and punctual work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills
- Ability to follow plans, instructions, and project specifications
