Raybal Constructions Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned construction company delivering quality projects across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney regions.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator /Posi-Track Operator to join our team full‑time.
About the Role:
You’ll operate a Komatsu PC55 (5T) excavator & a (4T) Posi-Track across a diverse range of industrial, commercial and residential construction projects undertaking site preparation, excavation, trenching and earthworks, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating excavators (Komatsu experience preferred)
- Excavator ticket & MR Licence.
- Current White Card.
- Robust Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to read construction plans.
- Ability to perform work efficiently while delivering high-quality, clean results.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with site procedures.
- Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.
- Commitment to maintaining equipment in good working order.
