Loganholme Dental Centre is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team offering full time hours. In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. The role is based in our practice located in Loganholme, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during treatments and procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are fully stocked and sanitised
- Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and managing their enquiries
- This role has the scope to pursue future reception duties, answering phones, processing accounts
- Supporting the dental team in any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or completion of a relevant qualification - however not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to put patients at ease




- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Positive computer skills and experience with dental practice management software
- A caring, friendly and professional attitude
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
