ADG Construction is a Brisbane-based residential building company specialising in bathroom renovations, extensions and home renovations.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and step into an existing role, helping oversee a mix of bathroom renovation projects and larger residential extensions across Brisbane.

This is mainly an office-based role from our Murarrie office, however site visits will be required when needed. A company vehicle will be available for work-related site visits.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for helping manage projects from start to finish, coordinating trades, keeping projects moving, communicating with clients and working closely with our office and site teams.

Our larger extension projects have an onsite supervisor managing the day-to-day site works, so you won’t be doing it all on your own. Your role will be to support the supervisor, keep things organised, help with programming, manage communication and make sure the project stays on track.

Our bathroom projects already have good systems and experienced trades in place, but they still need someone overseeing them, checking in, solving issues and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll also have support from our Project Coordinator/Admin, who assists with client communication, defects, scheduling and general project admin.

- Managing residential renovation projects from start to finish

- Coordinating trades, suppliers and subcontractors

- Helping oversee bathroom renovations and larger extension projects

- Supporting onsite supervisors where required

- Checking project timelines, quality and budgets

- Attending site when needed





- Communicating with clients throughout the project

- Writing clear and professional emails

- Helping resolve issues before they become bigger problems

- Working with our admin, estimating and site teams

- Making sure projects are completed properly and in line with QBCC requirements and relevant building rules

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands residential construction and knows how to keep projects moving.

You’ll need to be organised, confident with trades and clients, and able to manage multiple jobs at once without getting overwhelmed.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in residential construction

- Good understanding of construction sequencing

- Knowledge of QBCC requirements and residential building processes

- Strong communication skills

- Good written skills and ability to write professional emails

- Ability to manage trades and solve problems

- Current Australian Driver Licence

Experience with Monday.com or Buildxact would be great, but it’s not essential. Both can be taught.
