- Analyze current technologies and platforms used within the company and determine ways to improve Platforms are across Client On-boarding, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Screening.
- Should have experience in these platforms such as Salesforce, Actimize, SimpleKYC and their prescribed data models.
- Should have understanding of how these platforms work architecturally and integrate with each other.
- Good understanding of data required for the above functions (Client On-boarding, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions Screening) and their typical transformation needs.
- Create an integration strategy for the enterprise solutions within the Financial crime domain
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
- Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives




- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Understanding of security policies and restrictions that apply to Tier One and creating solutions that comply with these rules
- Leadership skills are essential
- Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
- Experience creating an integration strategy for enterprises
- Must have Financial Crime domain experience
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Experience in software engineering and design architecture
- Familiar with AWS including S3, IAM and EC2
- Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Skilled experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
