PERSOL has partnered with a leading WA commercial landscaping company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple commercial landscape maintenance teams across the Perth metropolitan area.
This is a permanent chance for someone who enjoys leading people, building client relationships and delivering high‑quality maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites.

About the role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of commercial landscape maintenance operations. You'll coordinate crews, manage schedules,
maintain client relationships and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews.
- Plan and coordinate daily and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Monitor project costs and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Support training, mentoring and performance development.
What would make you successful?
- Leadership experience in a commercial landscape environment.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, irrigation and landscape maintenance.
- Experience scheduling staff and managing multiple sites.
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or similar) highly regarded.
- Current White Card and Manual Driver's Licence.
