About the Role

Working from our Leumeah depot, you will be involved in a variety of civil project and maintenance work, including:

- Assisting site crews and helping set out materials
- Loading/unloading trucks and preparing equipment
- General labouring across project and maintenance activities
- Working day and night shifts (with applicable penalty rates)
- Performing physical duties in an outdoor environment





This is a hands‑on, physical role suited to someone who is reliable, safety‑focused, and enjoys working in a small, collaborative crew. A pre‑employment medical may be required.

For candidates who show initiative and leadership qualities, progression to Leading Hand is available.

What You Will Bring

- White Card (essential)
- Truck Licence (MR minimum; HR desirable)
- Construction or labouring experience
- Plant tickets are desirable, but training is available for the right candidate
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
- Flexibility to work days/nights and travel when required
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Basic competency in completing paperwork and crew documentation
