Lindores Personnel is seeking multiple Experienced Formwork Carpenters and Formwork Labourers for casual positions on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on various construction sites, building and assisting with Formwork on an EBA Construction sites. All positions have the potential to be ongoing for the right candidates.
What you'll be doing
- Formwork Carpentry - Acro - Conventional - Doka - Framing
- Formwork Labouring - - Conventional - Doka - Framing
- Performing General Labouring tasks such as materials handling, and Formwork prep
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure efficient site operations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a construction Formwork role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or individually
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
- Relevant certifications or qualifications
Key Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Driver’s Licenseand access to reliable transport
- Proven Formwork experience within theconstruction industry
- Strong commitment toworkplace health and safety
- Fullworking rights in Australia
- Not essential but highly considered for the Labourer's position ValidQLD High Risk License HP (for Hoist Operators)
