Security Officer | Control Room Operator

Securecorp is expanding our Security Team across Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs. We currently have multiple opportunities available for experienced and reliable Security Officers and Control Room Operators across a range of retail sites and roster types.

- Sydney CBD - Experienced Security Officer
- Bankstown
- Roselands
- Penrith
- Homebush

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for:

- Full-Time Control Room Operators (Experience Required)
- Full time/Part-Time Security Officers
- Casual Security Officers

These positions involve maintaining a safe and secure retail environment while delivering professional customer service and supporting daily site operations.

- Award rates (Levels 2–5) plus penalties, overtime, and allowances
- First Aid allowance of $7.33 per shift
- Additional site-based allowances where applicable
- Flexible part-time and casual shift options

Key Responsibilities





- Maintain the safety and security of clients, staff, and members of the public
- Conduct foot patrols, access control, and site monitoring
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies professionally
- Deliver high-level customer service within a retail environment
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs

Skills & Experience

- Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Control)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective in dynamic situations
