We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor– Mechanical to lead a high-performing team of skilled maintenanceprofessionals in a dynamic heavy industry environment.

This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role whereyou’ll influence performance, build team capability, and drivereliability outcomes across critical plant and equipment. You’llbring together technical expertise and strong leadership to deliversafe, effective, and results-driven maintenance activities.

What you’ll be doing

- * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled maintenancepersonnel
- * Drive safe and efficient execution of maintenanceactivities across fixed plant
- * Analyse equipment performance and identify improvementopportunities to optimise reliability and production
- * Build strong, collaborative relationships acrossEngineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams
- * Provide clear direction, confident decision-making, andaligned team leadership
- * Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements inmaintenance strategies
- * Deliver meaningful feedback and coaching to supportindividual and team growth
- * Support and contribute to Reliability Centred Maintenance(RCM) practices

What you’ll bring

- * Proven leadership experience in fixed plant and heavyindustry
- * Strong communication skills with a genuine,people-focused leadership approach
- * Ability to analyse plant performance and implementpractical improvement strategies
- * Confidence in making decisions and leading teams towardshared outcomes




- * Experience fostering collaboration across multipledepartments
- * Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance costs andimprove performance
- * Mechanical (Fitter and Turner) trade qualification withexperience in heavy equipment or fixed plant maintenance(highly regarded)
- * Knowledge of Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM)(highly regarded)
