Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of rural properties across regional NSW. Working alongside a broad range of stakeholders, you will coordinate maintenance, compliance and contractor management activities to maximise asset performance and preserve property value.

The Opportunity:

Coordinate the operation, maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of rural and agricultural properties supporting the Inland Rail projectBuild strong relationships with tenants, client stakeholders, contractors and local communitiesConduct quarterly property inspections and provide recommendations to improve asset performance and complianceManage service providers and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required standardsSupport property acquisitions, onboarding activities and divestment processes throughout the project lifecycle

About you:

Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or Building Operations, ideally within rural, agricultural or regional property environmentsDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholdersHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesStrong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience preparing reports and documentation
