Your day-to-day will include leasing, routine inspections, entry and exit reports, coordinating repairs with trusted local contractors, and rent reviews. You'll also manage renewals, build robust owner and tenant relationships, and prepare for QCAT hearings while ensuring compliance with the RTRA Act.
