Forsight Australia in Blacktown is seeking an Active Support Worker (ASW) to join our part-time team in Blacktown, delivering person-centred support to clients in PALMS and Wattle homes. You will work versatile shifts including sleepover and active nights; you will hold or study for a Cert III in Disability, or have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
You will have First Aid/CPR, a valid Australian driver’s licence, unrestricted right to work in Australia, and a current NDIS Worker
