- Deliver engaging day-to-day creative programs and activities within our Day Program.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in music, dance, drama, visual arts, crafts, and other creative experiences.
- Support customers to develop new skills, build confidence, and maintain their independence.
- Provide respectful, person-centred support, including personal care where required.
- Safely use manual handling techniques and equipment in accordance with training and best practice.
- Build positive, empowering relationships that support customers in achieving their individual goals and reaching their full potential.

Skills & Experience

You have a passion for art, music, drama, dance, or another creative field and enjoy using your talents to inspire and engage others.
