CleanTeQ Aromatrix Pty Ltd is a leading provider of innovative solutions to air quality and odour related problems. We provide complete engineering services for the design and construction of advanced air treatment technologies such as biotrickling filters, biofilters, chemical scrubbers, activated carbon filters and RTOs.

We are seeking a commitment driven, results focused Project Manager / Engineer to assist with implementation of our project in the Newcastle Area. You will be located on the work site in Belmont carrying out relevant engineering site management, procurement and guidance to our installation team.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with solid project leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate engineering, fabrication, procurement, and construction activities.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will need to meet the following requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or structural engineering (> 3 years’ experience preferred);
- Well-developed reporting and communication skills and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised;
- Must have current driver's licence and vehicle;
- Competent in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft project would be desirable.
