Rocket Rehab is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in North Strathfield, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
What you'll be doing
Proactively managing a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing responsive, personalised support
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients
Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and resolve any issues
Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and account management
Contributing to the development of customer retention strategies and initiatives
What we’re looking for
Degree qualified in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or psychology and other appropriately qualified health profession.
Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager in the Workers Compensation or CTP schemes
Ability to positively influence clients
Strong knowledge of the Worker’s Compensation and or CTP schemes including Injury Management and associated rehabilitation services
Proven ability to develop robust working relationships with customers
Ability to network and extract relevant information regarding the customer to drive account growth and maximise overall customer value
Demonstrated ability to complete and deliver presentations
Proven ability to ascertain and understand the needs of clients and match them to Rocket Rehab’s services
Confidence and willingness to source referrals via customers (e.g. through pilots; screenings)
Driven, motivated and resilient
Well organised, tenacious and self-reliant
Ability to relate well with and positively influence peers within Rocket Rehab, ensuring adequate customer knowledge and excellent results achieved on case work
Ability to competently, confidentially and professionally manage complaints and feedback appropriately and ensuring required process changes and/or additional training requirements are identified and feedback appropriately to operations
Strong in use of all Microsoft Office programs
