Extreme Tilers Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers approximately 3 days per week with flexible (with the potential for more), school-friendly hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a great work-life balance.

The successful applicant will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations and must have strong experience using Xero.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
- Assisting with month-end reportingMonitored fired
- Liaising with our external accountant
- General bookkeeping and financial administration
- Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Advanced working knowledge of Xero




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and Superannuation
- Experience with job costing or project-based businesses
