About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is primarily a customer-facing role where you'll be helping customers choose the right tyres, wheels and automotive services, preparing quotations, booking vehicles and coordinating work with our tyre fitting and workshop team.

An important part of this role is helping us grow our trade business. While you'll spend most of your time in-store, you'll also be comfortable occasionally visiting local dealerships, service advisors, workshops and fleet customers to strengthen existing relationships, introduce yourself to new customers and identify opportunities to grow our business. Confidence in building relationships and generating new business is an important part of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
- Recommend the right tyres, wheels and automotive services for each customer's needs.
- Prepare quotations, process sales and schedule workshop bookings.
- Coordinate the daily workflow with our workshop team.
- Build strong relationships with retail and trade customers.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front counter and showroom.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with tyre fitting when required (an advantage but not essential).

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in tyre sales, automotive sales or the automotive industry.
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Is friendly, positive and enjoys working with people.
- Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Is confident using computers, with Costar experience highly regarded.
- Holds a current driver's licence.
