Working alongside experienced team members, you'll help deliver outstanding customer service while learning how a successful mobile sales business operates.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our mobile sales team, you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of our Snap-on franchise, learning every aspect of operating a successful Snap-on mobile sales business while delivering the exceptional customer service and professionalism our customers expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with planning the day's route, customer visits and daily priorities.

- Travelling throughout the Archerfield franchise territory alongside our Mobile Sales Representatives.

- Greeting customers as you arrive at workshops and building strong, long-term relationships.

- Presenting and demonstrating Snap-on products to customers.





- Assisting customers in selecting the right tools and equipment for their needs.

- Learning and developing skilled sales skills through hands‑on training and mentoring.

- Processing sales, collecting customer payments and maintaining accurate customer account information.

- Assisting with finance applications and customer documentation.

- Following up customers by phone, text and email to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure no customer is overlooked.

- Helping ensure every customer within the territory receives regular contact and exceptional service, whether through in‑person visits, phone or digital communication.

- Managing stock entry, inventory control and assisting with replenishment of the mobile showroom.

- Maintaining the presentation, merchandising and organisation of our mobile showroom.

- Helping maintain our vehicle, equipment and displays to the high standards expected of the Snap‑on brand.

- Working as part of a close‑knit team to continuously improve customer service, daily operations and business performance.

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic. Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

- Company‑supported career development, including assistance in obtaining your Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, automotive, trade supplies or sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.

A current manual driver's licence is essential. As part of your long‑term development, we'll support the successful applicant in obtaining their Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence, helping prepare you for increased responsibility within the business.
