The Role

We are seeking Qualified Community Aged Care Workers to join our Home Care team across the Shoalhaven. This is your opportunity to live and work within your local area, supporting those within your own community! We have a high demand for workers in both the central and southern areas of the Shoalhaven with part time vacancies in Sanctuary Point and Milton-Ulladulla communities.

The Community Aged Care Worker role involves providing essential direct care to participants, supporting them to maintain their independence while receiving high-quality support with their personal care, domestic assistance, social activities, and community access. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, empowering individuals to live enriched, purposeful lives within their own homes and the broader community.





Our priority is on securing part time staff with consistent hours and availability. However, if you are seeking a more casual employment arrangement, consideration will also be given to flexible casual roles to supplement our part time care staff.

Requirements (possess or willing to obtain through the recruitment process)

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting professional relationships and encourage independence.
- National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months, with no disclosable outcomes)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence, reliable & insured vehicle.
- Uncertified driving record issued by Services NSW
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, working within guidelines and established practices
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to care and service delivery.
- Satisfactory pre-employment fitness assessment.
