Australian Native Landscapes Pty Ltd for over 50 years has serviced clients from developers, civil companies and landscapers, through to the general public and currently has an exciting chance available for an experienced Operations Manager located at our Weston (Kurri Kurri) facility.
As the Operations Manager you will have full responsibility of this modern Organic Waste Resource Recovery Facility at Weston. We require the Manager to service customers, operate a weighbridge and supervise the production transfer of organic waste and the sale of landscape products.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include:
The management and safe operation of all employees and contractors on site
Compliance with all WHS&E; legislation and ANL company policy and procedures.
Creating and managing scopes of work to deliver daily outcomes in accordance with work, health, safety, environmental, financial and quality assurance requirements.
Previous exposure to composting and/or landscape supplies would be advantageous. Applicants with a background in a similar role with a minimum 2-5 year's experience are encouraged to apply.
