TheOffice Assistant/Receptionist will beresponsible for assisting in all types of office administration tasks and phone reception to be the first point of contact. The role will be based in the Miranda office. This is 5 days a week Monday to Friday position. 8am to 4:30pm. This is a full-time position so time off for study cannot be accommodated.

Must be Sutherland Shire Based or close.
No experience needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Skilled phone manner, answering a variety of phone calls and being the first point of contact.
- Drive around the shire and complete tasks in each part of the business
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Open to learning new database systems
- Basic level of maths,
an understanding of GST is preferred
- A positive and friendly "can do" approach to life and work
- Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise
- A variety of tasks so the ability to jump between them and still focus on the original work
- Have energy and be willing to learn
- Extremely reliable and dependable
- Be well presented
- Attention to detail is essential
- The ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbally
- Most importantly, you must have common sense, show initiative and have the right attitude
Would suit someone just finished the HSC and new to an admin role.
