About the Role

The Digital Services Manager is accountable to the Head of Administrative Services for the management, development and delivery of digital, audiovisual and media services across Groves Christian College. The position ensures that digital systems, audiovisual infrastructure, event technologies, livestreaming capabilities and multimedia services effectively support teaching, learning, community engagement and College operations.

The Digital Services Manager provides leadership and oversight of digital services team, contractors, student support programs and operational processes, ensuring services are reliable, innovative, efficient and aligned with the College's mission and strategic objectives.



The role combines technical leadership with operational management and will work collaboratively with College leadership, staff, students and external stakeholders.

The Digital Services Manager is expected to maintain strong working relationships across the College community.

The Digital Services Manager Brings Leadership To:

- Delivery and continuous improvement of College-wide digital and audiovisual services.
- Strategic planning, operation and lifecycle management of audiovisual infrastructure, equipment and facilities.
- Oversight of event technology services, including productions, assemblies, performances, graduations and community events.
- Leadership of photography, videography, livestreaming and digital media production services.
- Management of AV system maintenance, administration, support and asset replacement programs.
- Team leadership, supervision, mentoring and performance development.
- Budget preparation, resource planning and expenditure oversight within the digital services portfolio.
- Risk management, compliance, cybersecurity awareness and operational continuity within the Digital Services function.
- Student development opportunities through technology, media and production programs, including support of the College's Arts Academy and related initiatives.
- Vendor and contractor management for technology, AV and media-related services.

Skills, Abilities and Attributes





- A mature faith and active involvement in a local church.
- A proven lifestyle consistent with the CCM Enterprise Agreement, Code of Conduct and Biblical Christian principles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within audiovisual, digital services, media production or technology environments. (Desirable)
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive innovation and operational improvement.
- Experience overseeing livestreaming, photography, videography and multimedia production activities.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital content creation platforms.
- Ability to work under broad direction with a significant degree of autonomy.
- Understanding of Christian education and a commitment to serving within a Christian school community.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Digital Media, Audio Visual Technology, or substantial equivalent industry experience.
