We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This full-time role is based at our club located in Mount Warren Park, Queensland.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Develop creative and innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and align with the club’s brand and customer expectations
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the kitchen team
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures to maximise profitability
- Represent the club at industry events and liaise with suppliers to stay up-to-date with market trends

What we’re looking for

- Extensive experience as a Head Chef or in an equivalent senior culinary role,



preferably within the hospitality or club industry
- Exceptional culinary skills and a demonstrated flair for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing and motivating kitchen staff
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
