The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced rigger who wants to stay on the tools while working toward a Leading Hand position. You'll bring motivation, a solid grasp of rigging methodology, and the skill to handle a variety of dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Rig and install structural steel components
- Assist with crane setup and pack-down
- Run and bolt purlins
- Direct cranes using whistles, hand signals, and radios




- Sling loads securely and efficiently
- Drill and install chemical fasteners, plus general ground labour
- Safely operate various EWP access equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

- HRW Licence (minimum RB, DG, WP)
- EWP Licence (over & under 11m / Yellow Card)
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)
- Strong safety focus, with the ability to read and interpret plans
