Opella is seeking a Production Coordinator (Night Shift) to support the Production Lead in coordinating people and processes for the night shift in our consumer division. The role focuses on upskilling operators, driving continuous improvement, and delivering protected, compliant production outcomes while managing resources and shift activities.
You'll work 10pm–6am, contribute to safety, quality and cost targets, and report to the Shift Production Lead and Head of Production.
