R&J; Batteries is expanding and seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our brand new branch in Seventeen Mile Rocks.

This is a unique opportunity to build a high performing operation from the ground up, build a strong team, develop lasting customer relationships and drive business growth within Australia's leading battery distributors.

We can teach you everything about batteries. What you bring is strong leadership, customer relationship management and the ability to drive sales growth. These qualities are essential to your success in this role.

What You'll Do

- Lead all branch operations, sales performance and profitability
- Recruit, train, develop and inspire a brand new team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Driving sales growth and market expansion
- Manage inventory, stock control, reporting and branch performance
- Foster a safe, positive and customer focused culture aligned with our Values
- Work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm (45-hour week)
