The Opportunity
We are seeking a relational, resourceful and innovative educational leader who is actively engaged in the teaching and learning in classrooms and has a desire to bring the message of Jesus alive for the community.
This role will see you inspire our mission of believing in and creating a better world with high-quality and inclusive education for all students.
In this rewarding role, you will nurture and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, the parish and broader community. This role will see you actively engage in school and local community events and celebrations. As a strategic and operational leader, you will ensure responsible stewardship of financial and capital resources.
You will be part of a Principal group of system leaders who contribute to the development of system-wide priorities.
You will additionally have the unique opportunity to be a part of a community minded capital building project - Building Project 2026/2027 - St Patrick's School, St George.

About You
This is an ideal opportunity for an early career Principal, looking to make a meaningful impact on the school community.
Demonstrated success in leading teaching, learning and inclusive education.
Experience in effectively leading an integrated approach to student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and academics.
Evidenced ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities across the education context.
Experience in leading and motivating a team to provide equitable access to contemporary, high-quality education and service to a small rural school community.
An active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
Working towards or completion of postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education, Educational Leadership or Theology.
Hold or be eligible to hold registration as a teacher in Queensland.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule when needed.
