What's the role?

- Reporting to the Senior Retail Operations Consultant, our Retail Operations Consultants are responsible for:
- Driving regional sales, profit, and customer experience through robust people leadership, planning, and operational standards
- Partnering with and coaching franchisees and store managers to improve financial performance, customer outcomes, and compliance




- Analysing financial and operational reports to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted improvement actions
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring regional and store-specific business plans and budgets
- Managing regional sales, gross profit, and expenditure to achieve company financial targets
- Using data and reporting (e.g. wages, COGS, profitability) as a coaching and performance improvement tool
- Conducting regular store visits to review standards, providing feedback, and supporting operational excellence
- Maintaining expert knowledge of Shift8 POS and back-office reporting to support stores as required
- Building trusted, professional relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and partners, representing the Gelatissimo brand
- Monitoring compliance, follow up on corrective actions, elevate issues where required, and support franchisee exits when necessary
