We're looking for a compassionate and capable Ops Coordinator to lead our growing team, strengthen our workplace culture, and ensure our services run smoothly day-to-day.
The Role
This hands-on leadership role combines Operational Management with some HR support and people development.
You'll play a key part in ensuring our staff feel supported, our clients receive exceptional care, and our systems run efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting operational teams to deliver high-quality disability supports
Overseeing rostering, scheduling, and daily service coordination
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Managing some HR processes including staff wellbeing, performance, and documentation
Maintaining policies, systems, and workflows
Ensuring compliance with NDIS and Workplace Health & Safety standards
Acting as a key contact for staff or client concerns, resolving issues with empathy
Promoting a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement
About You
You're a natural organiser and people person who thrives in a role that's both structured and people-focused.
You enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and helping an organisation grow.
You'll bring:
Experience in Operations Management, HR, or leadership within Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
Strong understanding of the NDIS and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
A calm, compassionate approach to staff and clients
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for making a difference
