Australian power generation organisation is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to join as Legal Contracts Manager. You will influence major projects from inception to delivery, handling contract risk while supporting commercial outcomes across energy, infrastructure and engineering sectors.
You will be the internal contract and commercial risk specialist, negotiating pre- and post-award terms, guiding project teams, developing templates and ensuring obligations are met throughout delivery.
