Afford Disability Services is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver and continually improve learning solutions that build capability for leaders and frontline teams. The role is based at the Parramatta Head Office with hybrid work and occasional interstate travel.
You’ll partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, design programs, develop eLearning content and manage mandatory training initiatives to support strategic priorities and foster a culture
