We’re looking for confident, experienced Supervisor to join our amazing family orientated team!
Position Summary
The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the café, leading the team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
Tasks include:
Lead and supervise staff during shifts.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Open and close the café following company procedures.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and place routine orders with approved suppliers.
Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
Operate the POS system and complete cash handling procedures.
Assist with daily operations and event service as required.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1+ year in a café or hospitality supervisory or manager role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience with stock control and ordering.
Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Must be available on Saturdays.
