Opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Advantaged Care facilities.

We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses on a casual basis.

Sites:

- Edensor Gardens (Fairfield area)
- Prestons Lodge (Liverpool area)
- Georges Manor (Bankstown area)
- Barden Lodge (Sutherland area)
- Bondi Waters (Bondi Beach)

About the role: Night shift availability.

As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure the total care of residents, including planning, assessment, evaluation, and delivery of care that meets individual needs. You will promote residents’ independence and help create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The role is supported by the Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and the Facility Manager.

What we look for:

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- 1–2 years of Registered Nursing experience in aged care is preferable.




- Clear understanding of the eight current quality standards in aged care.
- A strong passion for quality in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good administration and documentation skills.
- Hard‑working, flexible, and available to cover shifts.
- Strong values of empathy, honesty, respect, and loyalty.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug test, and have flu and COVID‑19 vaccinations as per government direction.
