Byrne Motor Group, proudly part of the Tony White Group, is growing and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our high‑performing dealership team in Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a quick‑paced automotive environment, enjoys building robust customer relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding finance and insurance solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales department and delivering an exceptional customer experience through tailored finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions.

You will work closely with our sales team to maximise opportunities while ensuring compliance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction remain front of mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present and arrange vehicle finance and insurance solutions

Offer aftermarket products tailored to customer needs

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stakeholders

Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met





Support the sales team in achieving dealership targets

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance Consultant within the automotive industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a high‑volume dealership environment

Professional presentation and a customer‑first attitude

Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets

High attention to detail and compliance standards
