Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful retail operation in the Auburn area.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving performance, and supporting your team to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of retail and operational staff.
- Driving sales, productivity, and overall store performance.
- Managing daily store operations, stock flow, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.




- Building strong relationships with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience managing a retail store, large team, or high-volume customer-focused operation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences.
