Yamba Valley Real Estate is a small, locally grown boutique business, looking for a trainee intent on kickstarting a real estate career – even if you have no experience! What we need from you is genuine energy, a desire to commit, to embrace training and maintain a hunger to succeed.

Our office is located in Treelands Drive, Yamba, but as our name suggests, we rent and sell property throughout our lovely Clarence Valley. This business is only 4 years ‘young’ and growing; your workmates will be supportive and offer you an excellent chance to build a long‑term career.

You will be given hands‑on training in Sales Support/Admin, plus Property Management. In time, your career can also involve you in gaining your licence, and a sales career.

The Role:

- Assist an experienced Sales team
- Sales support
- Property inspections
- Marketing & Advertising of properties
- Support the sales team for those interested in learning sales

What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate of Registration (COR)/Real Estate Licence or a willingness to get one
- Entry‑level candidate with previous customer service experience
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Interest in building a career in real estate
