Your Role asRegistered Nurse

You’lldeliver person-centred servicesand holistic care and support to adults with life limiting conditions and their families by:

Providing compassionate care that brings comfort,dignityand choice

Building meaningful connections with guests and their loved ones

Supporting families through life's most important moments

Creating a warm and welcoming environment where people feel at peace

Delivering holistic care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

Upholding exceptional palliative care with compassion and humanity

AboutYou

You are a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred palliative care. You bring empathy, kindness and professionalism to every interaction, value meaningful connections with guests and their families, and are committed to making a difference when it matters most.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in palliative care, aged care, oncology,hospiceor community care

Strong communicationand relationship-building skills

Calm, empathetic and resilient under pressure

Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork

Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills

Commitment to person-centred care,dignityand respect

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)

Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.

Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
