What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a quick-paced hospitality environment.




- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is required.
- A strong business mindset - you know how to drive sales, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- A people-first leader who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.
- Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
- The ability to hustle, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure - because let's face it, peak hour gets intense!
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required.
