Responsibilities

- Vehicle sales processing and reporting
- Daily banking and customer refunds/payouts
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Assisting the Financial Controller
- Data entry and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

- Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
- Tertiary qualification in accounting will be preferred
- Demonstrate some knowledge in banking functions




- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong communication and administration skills
- A robust work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
