About the Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work alongside our GPs and allied health professionals to provide high-quality nursing care and support a wide range of patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Care planning and health assessments
- Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management
- Treatment room procedures and wound care
- ECGs, spirometry, and clinical assistance
- Chronic disease management
- Infection prevention and quality improvement activities
- Delivering exceptional patient care with a friendly, professional approach
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Previous General Practice nursing experience (highly regarded)
- Experience using Best Practice software (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A patient-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
