Grand Motors Toyota is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Night Service Advisor to lead and grow our after-hours service operation.

This is more than a Service Advisor role—it's an opportunity to build the Night Service department, develop lasting customer relationships, and create an exceptional after-hours service experience. About the Role

As our Night Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our evening service department. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, coordinate repairs and maintenance, communicate with technicians, and ensure every customer enjoys a professional, seamless experience.

You'll also play a key role in growing the Night Service business by building solid relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers during afternoon and evening service hours.
- Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and the workshop team.
- Deliver vehicles back to customers with a professional handover.




- Identify opportunities for additional maintenance and service recommendations.
- Build customer loyalty and help grow the Night Service operation.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold Toyota's high customer service standards.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
- Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Hold a current driver's licence.

Experience with Toyota systems or dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
