The Role

We're on the lookout for a qualified Carpenter who is passionate about quality work and being part of a strong, values-driven team. You’ll work across all stages of residential construction, contribute your experience, and help shape the next generation of trades through mentoring.

What We’re Looking For

- A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards




- Proven experience in residential renovations and extensions
- Pride in your workmanship, presentation, and attention to detail
- Effective communication with clients, team members, and contractors
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor apprentices
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and site needs

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Construction White Card (current and valid)
- Personal set of tools suitable for residential carpentryA desire to grow both professionally and personally

Nice to Have

- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Support or interest in our social impact division: Exodus 31 Tradies
