LO Forklift Operator - Order Picking & Warehouse
Location: Minto
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with an LO Licence to join a busy automotive distribution centre in Minto. This role combines LO forklift operation, order picking, and general warehouse labouring duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate an LO Order Picker safely and efficiently to retrieve stock from high-bay racking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare automotive parts and accessories for customer orders.
- Use RF scanners to accurately locate, scan, and process inventory.
- Ensure all orders are picked correctly and prepared for dispatch.
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records.




- Perform manual handling and lift products safely in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all WHS policies, secure operating procedures, and company standards.
- Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Experience

Current LO (Order Picker) Licence.

- High Reach Forklift Experience

RF scanning and WMS experience.

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling.

Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

Comfortable working at heights.
