L.A.F Electrical is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Empire Bay NSW 2257, this role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise in a dynamic and growing company. As an Electrician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction on every project. Your work will be integral to maintaining our reputation as a trusted electrical service provider in the local community.

What you'll be doing

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with Australian electrical standards and regulations

Reading and interpreting electrical , technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide installation and repair work

Conducting routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify faults and potential hazards

Diagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality

Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

Complying with all relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures on job sites

Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional advice

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

Learn to use company work flow platforms.

Collaborating with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently

Must be able to complete detailed electrical installations into architectural houses.

What we're looking for





Current Australian electrical licence or equivalent qualification recognised in NSW

Proven experience working as an Electrician in residential, commercial,

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Electrician is required

Able to work on commercial switch boards and domestic.

Willing to collaborate with builders and order of materials and manage apprentices.

Able to adapt and think of solutions on the fly.

Willing to join a small team to grow.

95% of work is on the Central Coast.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, including the National Electrical Code of Australia

Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools

Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Data and communication experience desired but not essential

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required

Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites

A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Able to work alone and complete tasks in a timely manner.
